There can come a time in a nonprofit's life when the "market" is just not buying what the nonprofit has to offer. Mission accomplished? Perhaps.
I'm not sure that the St. Mark's Bookstore (New York) is the classic example of 'mission accomplished - now what" but the questions it must ask itself are similar and so the organization serves as a fine example of what "stops" must be pulled-out to continue to pursue board dreams.
