If you would like to explore a bit of what it takes to be strategic and ensure your nonprofit does not just fade away, or at least major sources of revenue don't fade away, check-out the Christian Science Monitor article. On the surface is a story about Kermit the Frog's makeover but at a deeper level we find a focus on the importantce of market research and institutional flexibility while holding onto mission. This is a good lesson for all nonprofits.
